What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

we have mosquito larvae in our above ground pool and they just go right through the skimmer how can i kill them with out starting all over again

Use a skimmer sock which should catch them as well as pollen and other small objects that float in the pool. The chlorine has probably already killed them -- you just need to physically remove them and the skimmer sock will do that without you having to get them out of your filter (though the chlorine will eventually turn them into mush and dissolve them eventually).

How often are you running your pump? Mosquitoes will not lay eggs in moving water.
