Liner bumping against the poles

I just installed my intro above ground pool and three of the poles are touching the liner. Should I empty it and start all over. The ground isn’t level but it’s not terribly uneven and definitely not over the recommended two inches uneven. My yard is small and I don’t want to flood my neighbors yard so any tips would help. I don’t really think I could level the ground like some of you out here but any tips would help. Also, if I put sand bags around my fence would that help to not flood my neighbors house if the pool should bust?
