Old pool liner

I took my pool down a while back. I Have decided to out it back up. When the water came up I found that my skimmer hole does not line up anymore. Is there a way I can maybe tape it up or something? Is there a patch thing I could get? Thanks for your help

I would have fitted the skimmer first before filling
I do believe there are repair kits available
