Leaky pool, no money

Postby saclark12000 » Mon 07 Nov, 2011 09:38

My pool has a leak, it requires a top off every 2 days. I do not have money to have someone come out and look at it/repair it. I will have money in 4-6 months for pool repairs.

What is the best action I can do to prevent/lessen further maintenance?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Depending where you live, you can close the pool until the spring. If you can't close the pool like they do up north then run your pool off the main drain or bottom suction. (Turn your skimmers off.) This way you can still run your pool and keep chemicals in the water.
