Please Help! I am replacing my inground pool liner for the first time. However, water is seeping up through the concrete in the hopper. I have tried to patch the places with cement all but still cannot stop all the seeping. I have been puking it out for days with no rain. It is now slow leaks but would have some water in it by the time I get the liner in and the vacuumed going to suck the liner to the sides.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
