Plaster cracks in new pool

Postby fearful » Tue 14 Apr, 2009 13:40

The day the pool company plastered our pool I noticed one big crack across the top of our acapulco stair. We called to see if it was a problem before the pool had completed filling. We were told that veining was normal and not to worry. The project manager showed up three days later and said he had never seen a crack like that. We are now seeing smilar cracks on other stairs and we are questioning whether this is happening to the entire pool. They did try to fill the worst crack~that didn't seem to do much. Any suggestions on what we should expect?

everybody is quick to call a lawyer. Learn how to talk to people. It may not have anything to do with the plaster. Get a second opinion and try to work something out. most contractors will do what is necessary to make their customers happy. lawyers suck and should be a LAST resort. NOT first.
