Clogged Main Drain
Clogged Main Drain
We bought a house that has a small (what is called a New Orleans style pool, clearly we live in New Orleans) pool in our back yard. Evidently the contractors/people who installed and built the pool got the drain clogged with cement. I drained the pool to try to chisel out the cement, but I do not have a tool long enough any more. Is there a chemical that can eat through the cement without harming the PVC piping and the filter? I would rather not have to have it jack hammered out, but it collects a ton of dirt an debris and vacuuming out the pool every 3 or 4 days in the summer gets old....HELP!!!
