Jet faceplate needed?

Hi all,
Hoping someone who can help. I have two jets on each side of my stairs and one of the faceplate to one side is cracked. Therefore leaking water to the back of the liner. My pool gut has repaired it with epoxy but now the jet won't screw in. He says these are so old that they don't make any replacements. Only way to fix this is to cut the concrete and dig down and replace them.

Does anyone know who makes this? I know it's probably useless but worth a try. Here is the non cracked faceplate and unscrewed jet.
