Pool is full but spa is hald drained

I have a salt water system and came home to find that the spa was half drained and the pool has the normal amount of water in it. I tried turning the pool on again and there is no suction it seems. The skimmer is not working and the jets are not blowing water out. Does anyone know what it could be?
