I have a pool 10m x 5m with an average depth of 1.3m .
What size/capacity pump should this size pool need?

Hey There!
For this "close to average-size" pool, you will need a 1HP motor pump. Your depth does not seem too out of range, so a 1.5 HP motor would likely be too large.
