white stuff floating

We are opening the pool for the first time. We made the connections, backwashed then rinsed, super chlronaded, used a little black algae, ran filter for 4 hours last night, all morning so far today. Now in the middle of the pool there is white beige looking foam. I need to get more ph to balance still foggy water, but what is this stuff floating?? Thank you so much for any help!

Most likely the foam is organic foams as you chlorinate it should disappear.
