Pool plumbing help

Licensed service plumber transitioning to gunnite new pool plumbing. I have a lot to learn any resources for techniques tools tips. Where I am builder wants mostly 2 1/2” pipe. Cutting chamfering deburring for solid joints is important but I find no tools out there. How to trench free form pools. What “swimming pool glue is best. What tools/methods can save me and my helper time. I do some 2” so I have Milwaukee shears. Currently using sawzall and it’s okay but I’ve had a leak in past even after deburr and sandpaper.
