Are these coping edges acceptable?

I know the polymeric sand/grout will smoothe out the final look but should I accept this?

Whilst you have focused on that corner I was concerned about the gapping on the others. Think they have enough on that coping to remake the corner and even out the gapping. Just my opinion of course not actually being there. They should layout with spacers.
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.
