Cloudy pool after shock treatment.

Hi All,

After daily usage and a bit of rain, I noticed the pooo colour was turning slightly green so I decided to shock the pool to get the water back to normal.

I have a 50000L concrete pool with a sand filter so I put in 2Kg of granular shock over night and ran the pump for another 8 hours.

For some reason the pool now is all cloudy and I can’t even see the bottom anymore . It’s been over 24 hours

Is this normal?
