I have completely drained my pool which is a pebble Crete pool, I'm wanting to know what chemicals I need to use to get the Algae up from the pool before I refill it

I suggest you pressure wash first then use muriatic acid to do an acid wash

Effective algaecides are available, use them. I would suggest you take help from the pro for best results.

Properly chlorinated pools don't need algaecide
The only effecive way to clear algae from your full pool is to Slam (Shock Level and Maintain) with relation to your Chlorine / CYA Chart
If you do use an algaecide make sure it doesn't have copper in it and is a Polyquat algaecide
